‘BEYONDNESS OF DREAMS’
This aerial perspective abstract landscape is an original painting in mixed media on linen. It has collaged components of metal leaf, copper metallic paint and also black and white striped paper within the multi-layered paint surface which is softly blended in a colourful palette of blue, ochre, orange, pink and neutral warm grey. The design continues over all four profile sides.
The composition was inspired by thoughts of travelling over distant lands and seeing dreamy horizons; which to the artist, always holds the promise of positive possibilities.
It has the artist signature in paint on the front of the canvas and is written in permanent ink on the back of the canvas. The canvas is framed in a Tasmanian Oak floater frame and is ready to hang.
